This is a great company. Pat was quick to respond to my email. The next morning my bin was delivered promptly. The driver was very nice and professional. He placed the bin in the exact spot that I requested. Pickup was scheduled without any problem or delay. Prices were reasonable. I will use again and will use again.

I was in Little Rock to move my parents into an assisted living facility. I had desperate need of a dumpster to clear out there house. The company pulled strings immediately, by diverting a dumpster set for a regular customer to me. We couldn’t have made this move without a dumpster. I’m very grateful for your help.

2nd time I have used Bin There Dump That ... and just as easy as it was the first time. Great pricing, easy scheduling & timely delivery & pickup. My one piece of advice - always go for the bigger dumpster... you have more junk then you realize. I will be using Pat & his team again in the near future.

Had to do a garage cleanup and decided to get a dumpster, called Bin There Dump That they helped me pick a good size for my job. The bin was delivered by a professional driver who was able to position the bin in the best position for my cleanup. Even though it wasn’t fun cleaning the garage; the experience with Bin there Dump that was great. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best customer service in the business. We took on a huge renovation project and these guys were there from day one. I had seen these cool little dumpsters all over the place for a few months. Being a child of the ‘90s, “Bin There Dump That” written on these dumpsters made me laugh. So, when I needed a dumpster, I called BEI and Waste Management (This was months ago and I still haven’t heard back from either one). Then, out of nowhere, “Bin There Dump That” just popped into my head. So I looked them up and sent a text message to Pat. Pat texted me back a couple of hours later and was very apologetic for “taking so long.” I laughed and told him he was the only person I’d heard back from and that I didn’t expect an immediate response. He still wasn’t satisfied in his performance and I assured him that he’d already done far more than I’d expected. So, I gave him a call and we talked for a while. We had a fairly long conversation about his company, but we also just “talked.” He NEVER seemed liked a salesman pushing his product. We just had a conversation. It was VERY refreshing. I asked if (and it was short notice) they could get me a dumpster in a day or two and he told me “no,” because one of his employees had something personal going on and the whole staff needed to be there for him. Because they looked out for each other. At this point I wanted to hug him. I was given an honest answer and a sincere and compassionate reason. That doesn’t happen anymore. And I would gladly put off what i had planned to accomodate them. I WAS ACCOMODATING THEM! That’s the kind of guy I had talked to. One that made me feel confident enough in him that I could wait. Fast forward a few weeks and (again, short notice because I’m the worst) I called asking if they could drop off a dumpster the next day. He said he’d try his hardest to make it work and I believed him. When I got home THAT NIGHT there was a dumpster exactly where I wanted it. Amazing. Their prices are insanely reasonable and their service is top-notch. I will ALWAYS call Pat when I need a dumpster and I will recommend him until the day I die. I may even put it in my will. Thank you, Pat and everyone you work with, for remembering the way a company should be operated. Not only did you knock customer satisfaction out of the park, you also restored a little of my faith in humanity. 10/10 Would absolutely use them again.
